Ho Yuen Hotel is located in Mongkok, Kowloon, which is right next to the Mongkok MTR station exit E1.  To get to Ho Yuen Hotel, you can take Airport Bus Route A21 and gets off at Stop #8 Sino Centre and walk across the street with the MTR passenger tunnel . If you take the MTR, gets off at Mongkok station RED line, and come up at exit E1.  You can see the main entrance of the building at your right hand side.
